An ad still played
Check that you are watching on demand, not Live TV, and that Tubi is on in BingeLift. Then refresh the page so the title loads again. Tubi sometimes changes how it delivers ads, so an occasional ad can still get through.
The movie will not start or stops
Switch BingeLift off for Tubi and refresh. If the movie plays normally, leave Tubi off for now and tell us the title, so we can check it.
You changed the Tubi switch
Refresh the page after turning Tubi off or on. The change applies to the next title that loads.
“Ads handled” stays at zero
The count only rises when Tubi actually sends an ad break. Some titles and sessions have none, so a zero count does not mean BingeLift is off.
Tubi says it is not available
Tubi is only available in some countries. BingeLift does not change where Tubi works or what you can watch.
