An ad played on a live channel
That is expected. BingeLift’s Pluto TV support is for On Demand titles only. Live channels show their usual ads.
An ad played in an On Demand title
Check that Pluto TV is on in BingeLift, then refresh the page so the title loads again. BingeLift removes ads as the stream loads, so a title that was already playing needs a refresh.
An ad countdown appears but no ad plays
Refresh the page. If the countdown keeps appearing, switch Pluto TV off in BingeLift and tell us the title.
Resuming a title starts in the wrong place
Resuming from a saved position on a later visit has not been tested yet. If it starts in the wrong place or shows ads, refresh, or switch Pluto TV off for that title.
Pluto TV says it is not available
Pluto TV is only available in some countries. BingeLift does not change where Pluto TV works.
