How to block ITVX ads in Chrome
- Install BingeLift from the Chrome Web Store.
- Open itv.com, sign in and choose a catch-up episode or on-demand programme, not a live channel.
- If ITVX was already open, refresh the page. Adverts, promos and sponsor messages are removed from the ad breaks as the programme loads.

Start with the card that matches what you see on ITVX.
ITVX says an ad blocker is detected
Turn BingeLift off for ITVX and refresh the page. If you use another ad blocker, check its settings too. Your other platform settings stay as they are.
An ad break still played or the player paused
Refresh the page and start the programme again. If the player keeps stopping at the same break, switch BingeLift off for ITVX and tell us the programme.
The programme starts from the beginning
Refreshing reloads the programme, and ITVX may start it from the beginning. Skip back to where you were; picking up a saved position has not been tested with BingeLift.
Ads on live ITV channels
Live channels are not covered. BingeLift’s ITVX support is for catch-up and on-demand programmes.
ITVX says it is not available
ITVX is a UK service. BingeLift does not change where ITVX works or what you can watch.

How much is ITVX ad free?
ITVX Premium costs £5.99 a month or £59.99 a year. ITV says ad-free applies to its on-demand library only, programmes may contain ITV promotions where contractually required, and live TV plays with ads. BingeLift is a free option for catch-up and on-demand programmes in Chrome on your computer.
