What happens when an ad starts?
On most supported platforms, BingeLift removes ad breaks from the ad information the video player receives, so there is nothing for the player to show. This happens in your browser before the video plays.
On YouTube and JioHotstar, ads that still appear are skipped to their end, and YouTube ads are muted while that happens. BingeLift also hides ad placements on pages, such as YouTube homepage banners, JioHotstar billboards and Channel 4 pause-screen banners.
The “Ads handled” number in the popup counts these actions for the current browser session. It starts from zero when Chrome restarts.

Refresh when BingeLift asks.
