Channel 4 says Channel 4+ lets you stream about 1,500 shows ad-free and adds early access to some hit shows. Channel 4+ benefits are available in the UK only.
Channel 4’s pricing page lists a 7-day free trial, but some older Channel 4 pages mention 14 days, so check the sign-up screen. The subscription used to be called All 4+, and some Channel 4 pages still use that name.
What still has ads with Channel 4+
- Some programmes. Channel 4 says that for contractual reasons some programmes contain ads or promotional trails for other programmes.
- Watch Live. Channel 4+ does not include Watch Live, so live channels keep their ads.
- Outside the UK. Channel 4+ benefits are available in the UK only.
That is why some subscribers find that Channel 4+ still has ads: it removes most ads, not all of them.
